Its only 1.7 mb, so if it seems to slow down, go to tools, and clear history. including all your cookies, etc. Then close and restart web browser. Things should go faster on the internet. If still problems, then you have other programs running in the background, and make internet lag when uploading or downloading, and it should be defragmented as well as closing some programs so not to slow things down.
